I started my career 'in the business' as a model for Sears, Roebuck, and Company catalog
at the tender age of 5 years old. I did runway work for several fashion houses in
New York City, and voiceovers for radio commercials.

My first television commercial was for Post Cereal, which was a lot of fun.
And thus started the steady stream of auditions, and commercials for such products as:

Lux Liquid                        Egg Custard                    Humble Oil
Colgate Toothtpaste        Total Cereal                   Pepto Bismol
  Cinch Cleaner                   Aerowax                         Heinz Soup
  Kodak                                 Rinso                              Bayer Aspirin
Pet Milk Gravy                 G.E.Television               Likity Stix
Equitable Insurance        G.M.A.C                         Gaines Dog Food

to name a few.
In 1965, when I was 8 years old, I portrayed a character  named Suzie Carter,
on a soap opera called Search For Tomorrow.

At the time, each episode was 15 minutes long, and it was LIVE.
I had a great time...my Mother was a little stressed out that I wouldn't
remember my lines.  What a great experience it was.

In 1967, I won the role of Sarah Collins, the younger sister of Barnabas Collins,
on the gothic soap opera Dark Shadows.

Dark Shadows aired on ABC from 1966-71 and became one of TV's most popular daytime series of all time.  I was very lucky to have been a part of it.
